- We need to know the Date, Number of Participants, and which trip you’re interested in.
- Full refunds will be provided in case of inclement weather, and we will notify you promptly. *
- We understand that sometimes cruise ships have delays in docking, cancel ports of call stops at last moments, or sometimes cruisers get delayed by customs officials. In the case of delays, we will wait on you as long as possible, and in case of canceled port calls or an inability to make it off the ship in time to join us, we will gladly refund you. Our goal is happy customers and our reputation is paramount to us, so we will act accordingly.
- A full refund is available if cancellation is received 72 hours before your scheduled trip. *
- If you cancel less than 72 hours prior to your scheduled tour, you will receive a 50% refund. *
- Unfortunately, there will be no refund if you cancel less than 24 hours before the trip without good reason. *
- Cancellation fees are in place to cover direct expenses related to our tours, including employee costs, supplies, time, and lost potential revenue.
* Cancellations due to health issues will receive a full refund with a handwritten note from a physician on their letter head.
