Booking, Cancellations, & Refunds
- Please contact us before making a payment to confirm availability for your desired sailing day, whether it's for our popular Mid Day Snorkel and Lunch Tour or our Evening Sunset Sip & Sail tour.
- We need to know the Date, Number of Participants, and which trip you’re interested in: Daytime or Sunset.
- Full refunds will be provided in case of inclement weather, and we will notify you promptly. *
- A full refund is available if cancellation is received 72 hours before your scheduled trip. *
- If you cancel less than 72 hours prior to your scheduled tour, you will receive a 50% refund. *
- Unfortunately, there will be no refund if you cancel less than 24 hours before the trip. *
- Cancellation fees are in place to cover direct expenses related to our tours, including employee costs, supplies, and time.
* Cancellations due to health issues will receive a full refund with a handwritten note from a physician on their letter head.
General Notes
Kraken Red, the flagship of Treasure Island Tiki, is built strong and secure, new, from scratch. We have all required safety, rescue, and first aid equipment needed to ensure a safe trip for our guests on cruceros al atardecer. Our offerings include mask, snorkel, fins, float vests, snorkel vests, and small board floaties, making it perfect for those who want to enjoy snorkel en barco. Additionally, we provide ceramic toilets and fresh water rinse showers to enhance your comfort during our tours en la isla.

Remember, Kraken Red features soft foam Sea Deck floors and seats, so, NO Shoes, No Shirt, No Problem!
